Somehow related to failure of Arenas maybe? Or general criticism of Diablo 3?

He was the most important person in Blizzard's D3 world. I wonder who they are going to hire for that position now. Someone from D3 crew or completely new?

the most important person is the one who releases a good pvp. jay wilson failed in this most important case

Well from my point of view when game director leaves the project there is something really bad happening there inside d3 team. I really hope that they will find someone responsible who will be able to lead to team in a good direction and basically remake 50% of the game. Untill then I guess I'll wait for better tommorow...in the shadows |

He did a very good job for company. Game sold shitloads of copies, they have money from RMAH too. He will be still working for Blizzard on another project. People speculate that it will be prolly ongoing 'Titan' project. Besides he didn't get fired, he was over 7 years at D3 and now is switching to sth else. Besides why blame him? He isn't responsible for all the stuff. People blame him as his the most recognizeable person. Apart maybe Wyatt Cheng who do you 'know' from D3 team? Imo it doesn't change a lot, game will get better over the years. Question is how long we will have to wait? |
